These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Revolutionary Yiff LLC governing your use of Chipotle Sample Box Sweepstake at https://samples4me.com/chipotle. By creating an account or using the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Program.
By accessing https://samples4me.com/chipotle, creating an account, or participating in any activity within Chipotle Sample Box Sweepstake, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Program Rules, and the Privacy Policy of Revolutionary Yiff LLC, all incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Program and delete your account.

All content on the Program website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data — is the exclusive property of Revolutionary Yiff LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Samples4Me name, Chipotle Sample Box Sweepstake brand, and all related marks are trademarks of Revolutionary Yiff LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Program solely for your personal, non-commercial participation in Chipotle Sample Box Sweepstake. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any portion of the Program content without prior written permission.
Chipotle Sample Box Sweepstake facilitates access to Deals offered by independent third-party advertisers. Revolutionary Yiff LLC does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party products, services, or offers.
By completing a Deal, you acknowledge that:
Disputes arising from third-party Deals must be resolved directly with the relevant advertiser.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all rewards and credits, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
THE PROGRAM WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Revolutionary Yiff LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Revolutionary Yiff LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In all cases, Revolutionary Yiff LLC's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) USD $100; or (b) the documented value of the specific reward that is the subject of the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revolutionary Yiff LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Program, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
> IMPORTANT. This section contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affects your legal rights.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact Revolutionary Yiff LLC via https://samples4me.com/chipotle in writing. Revolutionary Yiff LLC will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If unresolved, either party may proceed to arbitration.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Program Rules, or the Privacy Policy that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitral institution agreed upon by both parties, with the seat of arbitration in the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
YOU AND Revolutionary Yiff LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or imminent irreparable harm.
Revolutionary Yiff LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to https://samples4me.com/chipotle. For material changes, Revolutionary Yiff LLC will provide notice via the Program website or email where required by law. Your continued use of the Program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Revolutionary Yiff LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all unverified, pending, or unclaimed completions and rewards are immediately forfeited. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request via https://samples4me.com/chipotle.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Subject to Section 9, any legal action shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Saint Kitts and Nevis.
These Terms, together with the Program Rules and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revolutionary Yiff LLC regarding the Program. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Revolutionary Yiff LLC may assign these Terms without restriction; you may not assign them without Revolutionary Yiff LLC's prior written consent.
